With us, you can shop with confidence. We fully stand behind our products. If you’re not satisfied with the product within 30 days, you can use our satisfaction guarantee. We’ll gladly exchange it for another product or refund the full product price. The guarantee applies once, to new customers and to one product.
To use the satisfaction guarantee, you need to:
- have used the product regularly for at least 2 weeks
- have used the product according to the instructions, or have been in touch with our customer service
- have had realistic expectations of the product
- meet the conditions described on this page
- be a new Natural Hemp Life customer

Good to know
- We reserve the right to decline a refund if we consider the guarantee to be misused.
- The guarantee applies to one product per customer. If you bought several packs, the guarantee covers one opened product.
- If you received a free product with your order and want to use the guarantee without keeping any product from the order, we deduct the value of the free product from the refund.
- The guarantee does not apply to Premium CBD Buds, vapes or the 4 for 3 offer.
