About the product
The cat that hides under the bed the moment something bangs outside. The older cat that no longer makes it up onto the windowsill. Our CBD Oil 3% for Cats is developed specifically for pets, not a diluted version of a product intended for humans. With 300 mg CBD in a base of natural salmon oil it is mild in strength, completely free from THC and terpenes, and easy to dose by your cat’s weight. Made for anyone who wants to give their cat natural support in everyday life – with no added sugar, artificial flavourings or unnecessary fillers.

Stress, anxiety, mobility and pain
Just like humans, cats have what is known as an endocannabinoid system, a signalling system that helps the body regulate things like sleep, mood, appetite, pain perception and stress response, and maintain a stable balance in the body – known as homeostasis. The system is the same in all mammals, which is why CBD can be just as relevant for your cat as it is for you.

That is why many cat owners turn to CBD for nervous or stressed behaviour, anxiety ahead of travel, fireworks and vet visits, stiffness and reduced mobility in older cats, restless sleep or poor appetite. Many simply describe a calmer, gentler and more balanced cat in everyday life.

Completely free from terpenes – and from THC
Unfortunately there is still a shortage of products developed specifically for animals, which is why it is common for suppliers to simply recommend their “ordinary” CBD oils for pets as well. That is not ideal. Cats’ bodies are small and fragile, and unlike us they lack the ability to break down terpenes properly – the aromatic compounds found naturally in traditional CBD oils. For a cat they offer no benefit, but they can cause problems.

We have therefore taken our proven recipe and removed the terpenes entirely. What remains is a clean, mild and gentle oil that is also completely free from THC. The same raw material and the same quality requirements as in our regular range – but formulated around how a cat actually works.

Natural salmon oil as the base
The base of this product is natural salmon oil, a deliberate choice for two reasons. First, the taste is something cats recognise and accept, which makes daily dosing considerably easier. Second, CBD is fat-soluble, so a fatty carrier oil helps the body absorb more of what is in each drop. The salmon oil also contributes natural omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which in turn support skin and coat.

Quality from the ground up
The raw material is the same 100% natural and GMO-free hemp as in our other products, grown in the Alps and extracted with supercritical CO₂ – a gentle technique that preserves the natural profile of the hemp. As a final step, every batch is analysed by independent laboratories to confirm the absence of THC, the correct CBD content and the absence of pesticides, heavy metals and solvents, before the product leaves our ISO-certified facility. Nothing goes out to your animals whose contents we cannot account for.

Dosage instructions:
Give 2 drops per 1 kg of body weight. For example: a cat weighing 4 kg gets 8 drops. The drops are given directly into the mouth or mixed into any food – the easiest way is to drip them onto wet food. Start low and increase gradually as needed. Read more here.
